📄Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Velantix Axiom platform and related services provided by Velantix LLC.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

🧭Platform Purpose

Velantix Axiom provides AI-orchestrated infrastructure assessment, analysis, reporting, modernization planning, and expert-validated recommendation services designed to support IT transformation initiatives.

Platform outputs are intended to assist operational and planning decisions but do not replace customer validation, governance, change management processes, or customer-owned implementation decisions.

✅Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Upload only authorized assessment data
• Maintain account security
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and policies
• Review recommendations prior to implementation

Customers remain responsible for all infrastructure, operational, migration, security, and business decisions.

📊Assessment Scope and Licensing

Assessment tiers may include limitations based on number of virtual machines, hosts, storage capacity, sites or environments, and reporting scope.

If uploaded environments exceed the selected assessment tier, Velantix LLC may recommend scope adjustments, tier upgrades, or multi-phase assessment approaches.

Velantix LLC reserves the right to limit processing where assessment scope materially exceeds licensed capacity.

™️Intellectual Property

All platform software, methodologies, workflows, analytics models, branding, reports, and related materials are the intellectual property of Velantix LLC unless otherwise stated.

Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data.

🤖AI-Generated Recommendations

Axiom may generate AI-assisted recommendations and assessment drafts based on uploaded environment data and analytical models.

These recommendations are advisory in nature, reviewed through Velantix LLC expert validation as part of the assessment workflow, and should be independently reviewed by the customer before operational implementation.

⏱️Availability

Velantix LLC will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance windows, upgrades, or external provider outages may affect service availability.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velantix LLC shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, operational interruptions, migration outcomes, or third-party system impacts.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable service engagement.

🚫Termination

Velantix LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, unauthorized platform use, security concerns, or non-payment.

Customers may discontinue use at any time.

🏛️Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
