Axiom Support,
Right in Slack.
Request a private partner channel for your organization, then ask approved product questions and check your own Axiom account status without leaving Slack.
One private partner channel for your organization.
Velantix creates a separate Slack Connect channel for each customer or partner organization. Your channel is not shared with other organizations.
Submit your request
Use the Velantix contact form and select Slack Partner Support Channel. Write “Slack partner support channel invitation” in your message.
Tell us who to invite
Include your company name, Slack workspace name, each user's work email, and the email each person uses for the Axiom portal.
Accept the Slack Connect invite
Your Slack administrator may need to approve the connection. Velantix then verifies each Slack user against their active Axiom portal account.
Connect your Slack identity safely.
- Accept the invitation and open your organization's Axiom partner channel.
- Confirm that Velantix Axiom Support appears as a channel member.
- Send
@Velantix Axiom Support help. A first-time response may say that access is not yet authorized and provide a Support ID such asSUP-A1B2C3D4E5F6. - Send that Support ID to the Velantix contact coordinating your invitation. Velantix uses it to map your Slack identity to your own active Axiom portal user.
- After Velantix confirms the mapping, mention the app again. You can now use the approved documentation and private account-status capabilities listed below.
Keep credentials out of Slack
Never post an Axiom password, MFA code, Slack token, API key, Okta client secret, SCIM token, invoice document, or assessment upload in a Slack message. Velantix will never ask for those values through the support app.
Mention the app, then ask a question.
These are plain-language app mentions, not slash commands. Replace <assessment ID> with the ID displayed in your Axiom portal.

Billing note: billing and invoice details are available only to your organization's designated Billing Manager. Other users are directed to that person without seeing billing data.
Account note: profile and organization answers are private to you and contain only safe account metadata. The app never returns passwords, MFA secrets, SSO/SCIM credentials, or other users' profiles.
Designed for least-privilege support.
Your account and assessments only
You can retrieve your own safe profile and organization metadata plus status for assessments, dashboards, and deliverables owned by your mapped portal user—not another user in your organization.
Read-only by design
The app cannot rerun analysis, change an account, modify a license, refresh a dashboard, or update billing or identity configuration.
Human escalation
Unverified answers, operational changes, pricing, contracts, legal questions, and roadmap requests are sent to Velantix for review instead of being guessed.
If something does not work.
The app does not reply
Confirm the app is a member of the channel and that your message includes @Velantix Axiom Support. Then contact Velantix with the approximate time of the message.
The channel or user is not authorized
Copy the complete Support ID from the response and send it to your Velantix contact with your Axiom portal email. Do not send your password.
An assessment is not found
Copy the exact assessment ID from your own portal account. For privacy, the app will not return another user's assessment—even when that user is in your organization.
The app cannot confirm an answer
Keep the Support ID. The app escalates uncertain requests to Velantix rather than inventing an answer. A team member can review the request and follow up.
